Casa Olga is a privately owner holiday apartment in Urbanización Salinas II a private 'urbanisation' in Los Cancajos, close to the beach, shops and restaurants on the east coast of the island La Palma. There are 2 swimming pools close to the apartment. Casa Olga is a spacious and light house with 2 floors and is suitable for up to 5 people.

The houses in Urbanización Salinas II are built around a large closed garden area with palma trees, trees and shrubs. The owners are mainly Palmeros who live here permanently or use their houses in the weekend and for holidays.
The gardens and swimming pool are only for use by the residents and are not accessible to the public.

This swimming pool is in front of Casa Olga and is 0.70M to 1.27M deep The larger swimming pool is 1.87M to 2.21M deep
Casa Olga is an ideal place for a relaxing summer or winter holiday. It is peaceful and the beach, shops and restaurants are just around the corner. The temperatures in this area are pleasant summer and winter, day and night.
Your children will not easily become bored and with other children in de urbanisation they can make 'life-long' friendships.

 
Indeling Casa Olga.
Casa Olga ia a large, light and well equipped house. The house has its own entrance and parking place. The front door leads to a hall with the downstairs bathroom and a washroom with washing machine, water heater, storage and a large refigerator.
The living room has a party open kitchen.

In the large and light living room is a comfortable sofa, coffe table and chairs. 		  The stairs to the upper floor.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools.

Large sliding doors onto the terrace with table and chairs. The terrace gives access to the gardens and pools. 		  The kitchen contains everything that you need to prepare your meals.
The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and cutlery, and breakfast bar with stools, a 4-hob gas stove, oven, extractor fan and dishwasher.

 
Bedrooms and bathrooms.
Casa Olga has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
On the upper floor are two 2-persons bedrooms of which one with balcony and one 1-person bedroom. The bedrooms all have single beds and wardrobes.
The upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower, hand basin, WC and bidet. The downstairs bathroom has a handbasin, WC and bidet

The Area
Casa Olga, Urbanización Salinas II is in Los Cancajos a small tourist center on the east side of the island.
Casa Olga is just 5 minutes walk to the Spar supermarket and the Los Cancajos beach. In Los Cancajos are shops, restaurants, snackbars and bars.
The airport is about 10 minuten drive along the coast.
The island capital Santa Cruz de La Palma is within walking distance where you can wander through the old cobbled streets and plazas with shops, terraces, museums etc. Every morning there is a market in Santa Cruz and Saturdays and Sundays is a 'farmers market in nearby Mazo. Every first Sunday in the month is an open air market in the harbour area.
There are some walks in the area, excusions can be booked in the agencies in Los Cancajos which is also the start/pickup point for many tours.
