The weather on La Palma can change very quickly. One minute the sun is shining, the next minute your are in the middle of a cloud and ten minutes later you are burning in the sun again. La Palma is sunny and warm most of the time, especially along the coast, but at higher altitudes it can be cool at night with occasional snow at the Roque de los Muchachos. There are very many micro-climates on this very diverse island from desert-like in the south to sub-tropical rainforest in Los Tilos, and everything in between. |
